I truly loved this book. It has everything a good fantasy quest needs. It has romance, intrigue, adventure, Elves and magik.

It is a testament to the author that his incredible knowledge of dragons has brought this story to life. I love a story that has me feeling as if I am a part of it and I was not disappointed. I could feel the wind on my skin as I soared through the air upon the backs of dragons.

Delno is a strong character, with a humbleness that endears him to you while at the same time being a strong leader.

I always enjoy the journey of good versus evil and there were many interesting twists and turns. There was also a hint of elves and their knowledge being brought forward.

This book for me, is a wonderful fantasy quest with the main character Delno, bonding with his dragon Geneva and surrounded by his companions, Nat, Brock, Rita and a host of others coming together to fight against evil.

I am about to start reading book two and am eagerly looking forward to the further adventures of Delno and Geneva.

What a wonderful story. Walter a young powerful mage meets Claire as she helps him evade the soldiers after he steels some apples. Claire hates magik and mages and resents Walter as he tries to help her. They go on adventures together, with Claire as a reluctant participant. What grows between them is genuine friendship and eventually love. The final battle arrives as The Sire is discovered and the evil king is defeated.

Well done M.S.Fowle and I look forward to reading more of your work.

I loved this book. It had action, adventure and magik and flowed easily throughout. I love the relationship between Tevis (an elf) and Kat (a human). It is clear that their relationship is one of trust and genuine friendship. They are detectives dealing with unusual events connected to beings from the other side.

I love the concept of portals being opened so the two worlds merge. The bringing together of humans and other worldly beings, such as ogres, Djinn, elves etc. Tevis although working as a detective taps back into his abilities as a wizard to go ‘Between’ to save the day.

I particularly loved the cats and the fact that they go ‘Between’. It certainly explains where my cats go when I can’t find them.

This was a very easy book to read keeping me on the edge of my seat so to speak. I love the writing of PL Blair and look forward to reading more

Tom Jackson King has written a wonderful book of magik, goddesses, shamans and how people deal with radical change to the planet.

Although he obviously did extensive research, it was clear to me that he has an innate ‘knowing’ of magik and the ways of nature.

Essentially, it is a journey both internal and external with the sole purpose of him rescuing his children. Of him overcoming his past demons and stepping into his true power. His love and for his wife Mary throughout gladdened my heart. I loved the honor that was paid to Gaea throughout and to the spirit animals.

His detail and wonderful descriptions of places and events took me into the story to experience as though I was a part of it. Well Done

  • Endings: Saga of Loralil Greyfox (Volume 1)

I enjoyed this story even though I normally do not like so much brutality.
I loved Loralil and her ability to rise above the constant hardships and trauma to become a strong and powerful woman. I also very much liked that her uncle and his friends searched tirelessly for her no matter how long it took or losing some of their friends along the way.
I am looking forward to reading the next part of Loralils adventures.

What a fantastic book by Jade Kerrion, it grabbed me from the very first page, which is my kind of book. I was lucky enough to read it pre-publication and what a gift that was. Ms Kerrion's writing is exciting and well paced to keep you wanting to know more, therefore being unable to put it down.

The world creation was almost 'Matrix' like and there were some fun insertions which I wont mention so I don't spoil it.

This well thought out creation of our world and the Universe shows a great deal of research combined with a wonderful creative mind went into this book.

The relationship between Kir and Jem began as almost resentful and I loved the way it developed into a strong deeply caring friendship with a hint of something else.

The fact that Kir likes Jem no matter who she is, comes forward strongly as their friendship develops and he discovers her secret.

This book could end here but all I can say is well done and I certainly hope there is more to the story. I will definitely be reading more by Jade Kerrion.

  • When the Silence Ends (A Double Helix novel)

What a fabulous story. I loved Dee and Dum and their ability to be connected through their 'twinness' even though one is mutant and does not speak, and one is human. Throughout, the story showed the ability for all different races (both human and mutant )to move past their differences and get along.

There are clear messages here for everyone to learn to accept others for who and what they are. At the same time to not accept bullies and injustice.

I loved that music played such a large part. For me, beautiful music makes my soul sing and my spirit fly. Well done Jade Kerrion, and I very much look forward to reading more of your work.

I love a book that can transport me into it and this one certainly did. I also love a good vampire story and this one is great. The two different vampire clans - one good and one evil - makes it on the edge of your seat reading, and showed somewhat the destruction that we are doing to this world.

The humans Holly and Brian's abilities to keep their spirits when all appears lost is a testament to humans when faced with adversity and the way Ms Jeppsen has written it once again made me feel I was there. I was pleased with the inclusion of Native Americans, and Harley 'Spiritwalker' even knowing what was coming still fought on. I loved that their strong connection to 'Spirit' was clearly shown.

The wonderful descriptions of the area and the scenery makes me want to visit, it sounds breathtaking. I highly recommend this book even to those who don't read vampire stories.

This is a wonderful book of 'real life' short stories by a very talented writer. Some are hilariously funny and a lot of people will relate to them (particularly women). Some are sad, but all are written to allow you to feel as though you are there in the story. In some, I felt the pain and sadness experienced and in others I laughed so hard my sides were hurting and that, I think is what makes a great story. I look forward to reading much more from this writer

Wow, where do I begin. What a fantastic story. It has everything, loss, adventure, magik, young love, true friendship.

A young girl Sara having been devastated by the loss of her mother and trying to deal with her grief separately from her father who was not dealing to well with his, both of them ‘acting out’ in their own way. Finally, they move to a new town and a fresh start where Sara meets Chloe and Nate who become her best friends.

Sara is a young witch and the three friends travel to the land of the fae to fight with them in freeing both the fae and human worlds of the threatening evil. They gather fae companions, Pollo, Hissaphat and many others to aid in their battle. They must overcome many obstacles and experience great sadness on their journey.

A wonderful surprise was meeting an old friend Onio and his friends on this adventure.

Linell Jeppesen has written some wonderful books and has now proven herself to be a great YA author. I look forward to much more in this genre.
