I thought you might be interested in a contest that I’m holding. It’s wacky, creative and ‘killer’ fun. ‘Create a Corpse’ Contest lets you name a character in my next suspense novel Divine Justice. Of course, you guessed it—the character dies. So here’s a great way to ‘kill off’ your boss, or childhood bully. ;)For contest details, just scroll over the following URL, copy and paste into your browser. This contest is for avid readers who’d like to be part of the process. I’ve been getting lots of entries from my Shelfari friends, and I look forward to receiving yours. :)http://www.cherylktardif.com/contests/~Cheryl Kaye Tardif, bestselling author of Whale Song, Divine Intervention and The River
Hi Cheryl(I feel like I'm talking to myself...which I do quite often...hehe)Yes, Edmonton is a beautiful city. I've been here for about 15 years. I've never lived anywhere longer. I was born in Vancouver, traveled across Canada, lived on the West coast, East coast and now in between. :) I do miss the ocean though. And the mountains.I'm hoping to get to Florida soon. I have friends there and want to do some signings. A famous friend of mine, David Miller, owns an art gallery in Sarasota (sp?). I LOVE his work!!! Time to buy something else!We have lots of books in common. I enjoy Greg Isles too and I think I've forgotten to add his books. So many books to add and read, so few hours in the day.All the best on your own career!! And congrats on the EPPIE.Cheryl
Great to meet you. Looking forward to checking out your shelf and I hope you enjoy mine.
Hi, Cheryl! So glad you found me! This is a fun place. :-) I love time travel, too, which doesn't explain how I came to write a crazy sort of sci-fi book! LOL! Oh well...
Thanks for the Time Travel note. I have always been a time tgravel note. Up the Line, by Silverberg, Time Patrol by Anderson, etc. jerry-book
Hi Cheryl! Thanks so much for the note!! Great hearing from you. How fun that you're a friend of Joanne's too! Cheers!
Ha! One of my bestest friends in the whole wide world is named Cheryl Norman! She lives in Georgia--and she's a blonde...I'm Carol--and I'm now in Florida. www.mothering-mother.comNice to meet you!
Our pleasure Cheryl!
Cheri, it was a privilege and pleasure to quote for you on RESTORE MY HEART. I'm happy to see you here!
Okay, so I can't spell-- that should have been RESTORE My Heart. [blush]
RESOTRE MY HEART was awesome, lady, and I can't wait for your next book!
Yikes - now I'm repeating myself... trying to get the hang of Shelfari.
