He was later reinstated to co-pilot status as his health improved. He was reassigned as the officer in charge of the Observables Classification Unit (OCU) for over five years. Height 1.95 meters, salt-and-pepper hair, steel gray eyes, medium build. After his wife and daughter were killed in a car accident with a drunk driver, he became reclusive and focused on his work in the OCU. After meeting Frank and Danielle Jolan he found a new focus in his life helping them reunite with their daughter.
