Cinna: one of two "Cinna"s in the play - either a poet or the Roman senator opposed to Caesar
Cinna: A stylist at the Games. These are his first Games as a stylist. He is the only Capitol person Katniss feels comfortable around talking to and just being with. He designs the outfit that make her "The girl on fire" and helps her become loved by the Capitol. Cinna knows how to bring out the real Katniss so that she's not on the defense.
“Katniss: the girl that was on fire.”
“You're not afraid of fire, are you, Katniss?”
“I’m still betting on you.”
“Katniss, the girl who was on fire.”
Cinna: Katniss's stylist, and one of the few people she trusts. All of his clothes are highly favored by the audience of the Hunger Games. He is hired by President Snow to design Katniss's wedding dress and he adds a few unapproved alterations that smack of rebellion.
“I always channel my emotions into my work. That way, I don't hurt anyone but myself.”
