Bubba: aka Elvis (don't call him that though). Turned in the morgue by a huge fanatic while there was just a small spark of life left. There were lots of drugs in his system which caused him to be mentally off. He has a special affinity for cat's blood. Southern vampires pass him around; hence all of the sightings.
