Chuang Tzu in dream became a butterfly,
And the butterfly became Chuang Tzu at waking.
Which was the real—the butterfly or the man ?
Who can tell the end of the endless changes of things?

hi cg, thanks for the words. indeed i am a man of the theatre, but a director [tho formerly an actor].

looks like we some similar tastes beyond that craft.

brecht's passion and demand for efficacy in performance is an inspiration to me. i believe he and beckett to be the major [dialectic] forces of 20th-century theatre.

Merhaba, herkes ingilizce yazmış ama ben Türkçe yazayım dedim. Kolleksiyondaki kitaplar gerçekten mükemmel. Bununla birlikte H.G Wells'i, Lovecraft'ı, Poe'yi de aradı gözlerim. Türk Edebiyatından da Oğuz Atay, Yusuf Atılgan, Tahsin Yücel, Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar olabilirdi...

    Sen türksün diy mi? =))

Well it was the same with me for the Kite Runner. I also started reading the Bookseller but the 2nd chapter was very disturbing to me. So I left it on the shelf for some time. I know it's stupid but I just didn't want to deal with the awful things that happened and I knew that what I read was just the beginning. I do plan to pick up the book again in a short time =)
