I'm sorry that you didn't like A Great and Terrible Beauty. My friend read it too and she really enjoyed. Hope the next book you read is better. Talk you soon :D
Hey, Cedel. I saw your comment on Twilight and look at your shelf. You really look like an avid reader! And good taste in books, if I can say so myself. :D I've read Twilight, Holes, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, To Kill a Mockingbird, the watered-down Illustrated Classics version of The Secret Garden and saw Tuesdays With Morrie as an awesome play. I also will try out Chosen and Hope Rising. They look good! Please get back to me.
Hey, thanks for adding me!
Cedelzzle, I saw your post in the English 4 group, which prompted me to check out your shelf. I noticed that you've read Rachel's Tears. When you finish the book, I'd love to know what you thought of it. I have wanted to read this since the assembly last year.
Cedelzzle, thanks for reminding about the Secret Garden. It is one of my favorite classics too. I think it's an unlikely combination of adventure, friendship, and healing. I love the way the rebirth of the garden parallels the rebirth of its visitors.
