• Daron is 19 years old and at music school in Providence, RI, struggling to make ends meet, working off hours at a local recording studio and picking up fill in gigs for whatever band will have him. While playing a local club with a mediocre hair metal band, he runs into an old friend of his father's, a musician of some repute named Remo Cutler. Remo has a proposition for Daron: come play guitar on tour with him for two weeks and Remo will front the money for Daron's next semester at music school. Daron jumps at the chance, but the deal isn't without its risks. For one thing, Daron is desperate to keep his sexuality a secret, plus he's trying to cut ties with his family. It's very hard to hide in the spotlight.
