You are so kind! There was a time where I didn't think I could do it either (like right before the race!). But I trained so hard that I really couldn't fathom NOT doing it. So I suffered through the water. And then it just rained and rained the rest of the race, which was pretty annoying for the bike ride, but okay for the run. The run was my best part by far, and even that was sort of slow :[.Live and learn - - I'm not planning on doing a long race like that for awhile now. Just shorter ones.

yeah twas nice. Saw the dark knight, it is a GREAT movie. You must see it. Heath Ledger did an amazing joker... very very oscar worthy. You will not regret this movie! You still under the weather? Glad you are doing well.

lol . . .I wouldn't say "kicked butt" . . .I finished, and I wasn't vomiting or passing out. I was slow though. Slower than I had hoped. The swim was really, really hard for me . . .very rough water. It just was intimidating. And took me FOREVER.
