“This is a very descriptive and winding tale. Past and present events are interwoven into a cohesive and enjoyable tale of a man running from the past. In a way, the tale is reminiscent of a graphic novel (without the graphics.)”

“This is the start of a promising new good versus evil series. The tale is well written with realistic and mostly likeable characters. The good versus evil war is within each person as well as a literal good guys versus bad guys war. Ultimately, love will win. At least that is Ruthie's promise at the conclusion of the first episode. I look forward to Liz's and ther Federation's future battles.”

“This tale is engrossing and well written. Vivid imagery is present throughout the book. There is exploration of the fight between good versus evil in each person. Perhaps not all is fully explained, but rarely are supernatural occurrences completely clarified. I look forward to future works from this author!”

“This is the second tale of adventures for Gavin, Emily, Thaddeus and Bunty during WWII. As with the first book, there is an enjoyable blend of history and fantasy. I look forward to even more adventures!”

“This is a very fun book! There is mystery, magic, danger, adventure, friendship, and family. It is geared slightly more towards younger readers; however, I found this a rather enjoyable read with the promise of fun future adventures.”

“This is a great start to a fun new series. It is written in a believable and light style. While it may be geared more towards the Young Adult genre, adults can also find enjoyment in its tale. I look forward to future adventures for Zack, Max, and Sanjay.”
