    Carissa, if you like history you should check out Jean M. Auel's Clan of the Cave Bear series. It is ANCIENT history but very good! There are currently 5 books and she is working on the 6th, I think it takes her about 10 years to write one though because it's so detailed. Just a suggestion :)
