My shelf is rather eclectic and I enjoy all types of books. Book snobbery is not for me. I am currently reading a great deal of historical fiction focusing on the Tudors, fiction involving archeology, and anything else that possesses a cover which amuses me. I also throw in a healthy share of non-fiction - world history being my main passion. There’s really not much I don’t enjoy to read – though I am not really a fan of most westerns or romance novels.
There are a great many books on education on my bookshelf as I am currently persuing my Ph.D. in Education. I currently teach science and social studies to sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students. I also create online professional development courses for the teachers in my school district.
I love to browse Shelfari and see what others are reading and what they have on their shelves…since you are here, I hope you enjoy what you see on my shelf!
