Would it be too obvious to say I love to read? (Grin) I also love to write. Not striving to be a published author, just found out years ago that writing in any form really is cathartic for me and keeps me sane. I am an avid journaler, have taken a university class in creative writing, and have been involved with a writers' group for the past couple years. I've been a jackie- (or jackass-, take your pick) of-all-trades throughout my life. Have worked for a university extension service, RCA TV as an office manager, a kindergarten teacher, manager of a copy center, a counselor at a crisis pregnancy center, and (while I was doing all that and raising kids I was) a church secretary for 22 years. His lordship, my husband, just got his BA after going to school part-time for 18 years. He and our two kiddos went to uni together! That was quite a rush. I live in Utah, but am from mid-Ohio originally. I am waiting for my dream vacation to the UK. Waiting, and waiting, and ... I'm currently the Logistical Manager of a Busy Household. Our son and his wife have been living with us, so coordinating cars and kitchen space has become a specialty. « less
