I don't read much fiction these days, but if something comes out that's as good as the best things I've read in the past, I certainly want to hear about it. Infinite Jest was the last book I read of that nature, which was already quite a while ago... I read a couple of Japanese manga series regularly. 20th Century Boys by Naoki Urasawa is incredible. Also Homunculus by Hideo Yamamoto is very good.

I'm now in the middle of writing my second book about CG animation using the open source 3D package Blender. Anybody interested in trying their hand at CG should download Blender at www.blender.org. It's awesome.
