    lolz, alright Afshaan.
Great, reading Hitchhikers over and over again can do wonders to ones sense of weird humor :)
Me reading Chuck Palahniuk's Fight Club and loving every byte of it :)
Anyway, I hope the kickstart to the new season of lost was not a disappointment?

well, i read a chapter of zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance everyday :)
Thanks to preparation overheads that I can seldom take out time to go thorough the entire novel in a day or two like i used to in the golden college days :( (Look i didnt use brackets this time (save for this one :) ))

I am a software engineer from the last one year (Sounds boring, right). Trying to get rid of tech life and switch to MBA (No surprises here, everyone is :) )
I love useless hang outs, movies, music and tv-shows (scrubs, prison break, the simpsons). And above all, I am a all in for useless talks, (my effect is so pronounced that even a yielding conversation becomes a fun filled useless talk when i join)

wow, i love you already :p
I am a big fan of lost. I am not sure about it's running in India but I have downloaded and seen the complete third season. And somehow I feel like spilling the beans now :D
Anyway, about your questions on Atlas Shrugged, umm..interestingly, it boils down to objectivism and philosophical discussions which Ayn Rand wanted to depict in this book. basically absolute bullshit. But you cannot say bad to a book after reading it for half a month, is my point :D

Anyway Afshaan, talking something apart from books, what do you do?

I loved atlas shrugged. I agree it was mammoth but save for the chapter named "John Galt Speak's" (which was full philosophical crap) :)
"The devil called love" sounds like a mills and boons publication :) is it?
I guess loving and hating a book depends a great deal on the mood too. I read three fredrick forsyth books in a row and by the end of the last one i avowed never to read him ever :D

Thanks, Brainiac, that was quite a compliment you left on my shelf! Very nice of you. I enjoyed looking through your book selections... would be interested to read your opinions on some of them! Cheers...

Afshaan is a pretty name, I would love to know the meaning (you must already be regretting that you told me your name :) )
    Worst book...hmm..lets see.
I would say Antic Hay by Aldous Huxley. It was so abstruse that I had to read it twice till page 100 after which i gave up the last 50 pages :) What do you have to say on the book you hated most.

Lolz, exactly Ms Brainiac. Whats in (telling) a name :)
By the way, Hitchhiker's defines the humor for me (after catch 22 and a PG Wodehouse's Heart of a goof). Dont miss it, it is the funniest sci-fi u can lay hands on.
By the way, does my 'name argument' suffice this time.
