Moe in Boston

I guess it's obvious that I am also a book junkie : )

According to my parents, I taught myself to read at age 4 by reading Reader's Digests. By 5th grade, I was reading The Illiad and The Odyssey off my dad's bookcase- "just 'cause". And I haven't stopped since. I'll read almost anything nonfiction, but I'm a bit more picky about...more »

Some I added from your list. I volunteer to work with teens at my church, the girls are reading the Twilight Series. They're so in love with Edward. I'm on book three right now, called Elicpse. I look forward to talking books with ya!

    Moe,
I've been seeing your signature line and decided to check it out this morning - a very neat site....It will take me forever to put in all the books I read, but as time permits...
By the way congratulations on your news....My babies are teenagers, but I loved (and still do love) every minute of it....

I think that I liked the Keira Knightley version the best also. The cliff scene was so beautiful on the big screen. The mother in the six hour version drove me nuts. I never saw To Kill A Mockingbird. I think I will have to check the book out now though along with the Debbie Macomber titles. :) I also had to laugh when I noticed that your son reads Dr. Suess. My son used to want me to read The Cat In The Hat so often when he was little that both he and I had it memorized. I couldn't skip a page without him noticing and he fooled my in-laws into thinking he could read when he was 3 because no matter what page they turned to he knew it by heart. Thanks for reminding me, it made me smile.

I've never read To Kill A Mockingbird, but I hear people say that they either love it or hate it. I love Pride and Prejudice. Love the movies too, how about you?

I've never read any of Debbie Macomber's books. Maybe I will have to check them out. I just finished re-reading Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. I love that book. I can't say that I have a favorite because I like so many, but that one is definitely one of them. What is your favorite?

Sounds like you had an interesting childhood and I think I like your story better than mine, much more drama. :) So what are you currently reading?

Hi, Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I've been gardening with all the nice days. I got the "Tell it to the Mafia book when our church did an outreach to Gleanings for the Hungry in California. The author was giving his testimony and I thought it was interesting. How about you?
