As the name implies I am an avid reader. I love just about any genre, but dark fantasy, horror, mysteries/thrillers and paranormal are my favorites. Just gimme a dragon, knight, vampire, werewolf, or time traveler in the mystery-thriller-romance book and I'm happy! I also love history & have a soft spot in my heart for historicals -mysteries, romances, whatever. I am a hopeless romantic and love a happy ending. I've been known to cry when reading happy endings as much as a sad ones. A few facts about me:
* Believe it or not I think I have forgotten about more books than I have marked as read on my 'shelfari' right now!
*I am always on the lookout for horror/dark fantasy/paranormal books by African-American authors :)
* I am a sucker for a good series because I HATE for a good story to end.
* I love to escape to new worlds.
* I love to 'discover' new authors.
