yeah, the series is pretty famous here. i don't know why, but i can't do anything, because different people have different tastes.

hahaha, ok. there's nothing wrong with borrowing books from the library. i think it's good because you maximize the use of the library. haha. actually, vampire books are so "in" here, i don't know why. if you look at the teen/young adult section, the books you see are all related to vampires. that's why i don't go to the teen section anymore. i really don't like vampires. but the 3 blue girls are going ga-ga over them. i really can't relate. still, i won't read them.

yup, that's all i can reply on your first note. haha. actually, everything's dry now and except for the homeless problem, which is huge, i think that's it. although the homeless problem won't be solved that easily. plus, there's another storm coming. it arrived today and i got so wet! hahaha. but i've never been that wet due to rain before so i was laughing loudly the whole time. hahaha. you're right, classics are just so long. even if i love jane austen's pride and prejudice and persuasion, i really think they're too long. i have emma on my unread pile and i feel too lazy to read it. i've read "the lucky one" and i think "a walk to remember", "the notebook" and "the wedding" are still the best nicholas sparks books. hehe. although, i have a copy of "the last song" waiting to be read. i hope it's better than "the lucky one" because in my opinion, though "the lucky one" isn't bad, it isn't very good either. hahaha.

jana, i've got to tell you something. we have no classes for like 5 and a half days straight now, and we're going back to school on oct. 1 because of the storm. the death toll is rising, and many many houses were destroyed. schools are serving as evacuation centers and as of yesterday, there's still no electricity in masangkay. this is the worst flood in 42 years. hay.... trash everywhere. nakakaawa ang mga pilipino, pati bahay ng artista, sira. well, we have to rebuild and restore everything as fast as possible. take care!

haha, thanks too. i know what i'm gonna say is too common, but it's raining cats and dogs again. it's signal # 1 in manila and even worse in the provinces. i wish this would end. too much devastation everywhere. the water's reaching people's waists...

haha, i'm totally negative, i'm just trying to be positive, haha, and i understand how you feel. i just think that amidst all of this, God has a plan for us, and He does what's best for us. no matter how difficult life is sometimes, we have to be thankful. do your best, and God will do all the rest. : )

no, no, it's ok, i know you're busy. haha. really? di yun pwede gawin dito, walang magbabasa. 1 book report lang nga di na binabasa e. that's the thing about your library there. the choices are ENDLESS!!! that's just so nice. : ) that's good, at least you're getting used to it. don't worry about cello, you have to start from square 1, in whatever you do. just do your best, and after you go out of the room, don't think too much about it. well, september for me is so tiring. i don't want to give you any negativity though. haha. i'm trying to think positive, and maybe next week will be much better. nice photo, by the way, sa bagay, maganda talaga ang flowers sa u.s. hehe.

ooohhh, i see. yup, i'll try the rescue. reallly? you liked at first sight? maybe i'll give it a try as well. the wedding is simply marvelous! hahaha. pardon me for my short note but i can't concentrate well since it's periodic test season again. hahaha. ang dami ngang class suspensions e, dahil puro bagyo!!! ayun, delayed ng 1 week yung pt, kaya this week pa lang yung start, ngayon, parang may bagong bagyo na naman. ayoko na talagang ma-delay!!! hahaha.

haha, that's what i've noticed. if ever you finish reading the tenth circle, tell me how you like it. jodi picoult's stories are always weird and somewhat controversial. the lucky one is okay, not good, not bad. actually, when it was released, i didn't like it too. but i spent the whole summer reading book reviews and i think that it's worth a try. i still like a walk to remember, the notebook and the wedding better. if you still remember the plots of the other books, please recommend the good ones because i don't know which good book of nicholas sparks i'm gonna read next. i don't think i like at first sight and true believer very much based on the plots, so i'm considering the rescue, the guardian, bend in the road...etc...

about the summer break, i really don't know. hehe... enjoy your 3 weeks worth of vacation. haha! welcome to high school, in the american setting : )

haha, you're right, rain CAUSES the temperature to go down. yup, you're right again, who talks about the weather these days anyway, except for small talk. anyway, i'm really glad it's friday. this week was totally stressful. by the way, when's your "pasukan"? my ninang's kids start on august 10 and that's why i'm wondering because it's like, august 10 is still summer, it's gonna be too hot!

you are so right. you can be a koreanovela reviewer after all, haha. of course we have classes already. classes will extend to april if there's no classes up until now. di naman up to knee, that probably happened in some low lying places, but it's pretty high. manila's so different from CA, it never rains there. haha.
