Interesting insight into the innerworkings of the Bush Administration. It reaffirms some of what we've suspected, but it does so in a dispassioned, reasoned way. It is brief, admittedly, and somewhat repetitive, but all-in-all it is very readable, and worth reading, from one of the true gentlemen to have passed through the administration.
