“This book again is a wonderful historical fiction by Cavell. A fantastic glimpse into the world of Iran, the culture, the people, and the politics of a war. Certainly relevant in today’s political theater.”

“This book helped me learn a lot about the history of Iran, of course I'm not saying it replaces real historical books. Duke Stark's character was really memorable for me, I don't even remember why. Read it when I was in high school. Named my first car after Duke Stark...”
