“This is my favorite Irving novel. I like how every character in the book is flawed and how in their flaws they seem more approachable. I have always been a fan of books and movies that let people vent out their frusrtations with life. This book shows a man from his unorthadox upbrigning through his drive to become a successful writer and write up through the rest of his life. If you read only one Irving book I reccomend this one.”
