When Dizzy's mom, er Storm, showes up on her doorstep for her 12th birthday Dizzy is everything but thrilled. She is shocked. She never expected it but some how it has happened. Then when her mother takes her on a trip with her fathers "aproval" Dizzy's life gets flipped.
