“I LOVE cook books that not only list recipes but also contain the history of food and culture. This is definitely one of my favorites!!! It's divided into regions/provinces and offers a decent amount of info for each. Lots of nice pix of locales and food. I was born and lived in Germany until I immigrated to the US, in 1990... so this brings back a ton of memories.”
