I loved the characters though and it really picks up about halfway through. I'd say that as far as classics go, it was very solid and exactly the type of thing I'd expect from someone like Charlotte. The setting was very much alive and you could really place yourself in the book. Which might be why I felt it started slow ... his life started slowly as well.”

I really enjoyed the story, especially since it supported my own values - work hard and you will do well in life.”
