Gena and Quadir have a love that is so strong that they didnt let anyone or anything tear them apart...and that's true love...lol”

I was into the characters Gena and Quadir. After them I really had no need to read more. I don't like sad endings. If you do, this is the book for you. The other characters, I could not really get into. I think I may have to really read this again. I actually skipped a couple of pages, because it became a little boring.”

You got ill whips, platinum jewelry, champagne toasts, and murderous plots all in a day and the life of hustler's and the women who love them.
What made TRUE TO THE GAME was the relationship Qua and Gena shared. That coupled witht the fact Qua wasn't an ordinary thug, he had a degree and encouraged Gena to transform instead of being so superficial.
I'm not sure who the real author is since it's a known fact that Teri Woods is just a publisher, but I do know that I would love to read this author outside of this publisher!”
“it was a good book. cant wait to read the next one”

The story takes you upon a vicious cycle of love, death, drugs and money and had me flipping through each page eagerly. This book reminded me of a urban Romeo and Juliet but with a twist. Through all the tears and joyous occasions in this fable, I could actually empathize with the main character Gena the entire time and not many books have had me feel that way. This is a good read and I would definately recommend it to others.”
