I think that Larry Miller is one of the funniest comedians in the business. He also writes well. He is the main reason I subscribed to the Weekly Standard and the main reason, after he stopped writing for them, that I let my subscription lapse.

That said, this book is a bit uneven, There are some real high points - his description of a late friend Jerry Allen - and some lows - an overlong conversation between God and Moses.

However - the printing of his immortal 7 Stages...
