Market-Based Management (MBM) is based on Austrian economics. Charles G. Koch is CEO of Koch Industries, Inc., the world's largest private company. MBM is rooted in the science of purposive human action, defined by five dimensions: Vision; Virtue and Talents; Knowledge Processes; Decision Rights; and Incentives.
