This book is kind of odd, but it would rock my toe socks if I were vegan
It took a whole afternoon of slaving to make the stroganoff, and I wasn't super impressed with the results (my friend who came over for dinner though, loved it)–and now I have a bunch of extra seitan that I'm not sure how I'm going to use. However, I can't wait to make the Fauxstess cupcakes! I have been yearning to eat these again since I discovered that the "real" ones have beef fat in them! Ick!
I made that stroganoff, and I really liked it. Did not know about the beef fat in hostess cupcakes (gross!), but luckily I haven't eaten one of those in ages.
