“A little slow in the beginning but it really picks up. All I can say is that Paulo Coelho is a wonderful storyteller. Sometimes you really have to pay attention and the subject is definitly mystical. A captivating main character and a little bit of mystery and lot of ancient lore.”

“I like Coelho’s writing style in this novel. The storyline flows smoothly in each stage of Athena’s life, even though each is being told from a different person’s point of view. However, the plot itself is not something I consider to be engaging, neither related to life as it seems so fictional. Yes I know IT IS A FICTION but there are several novels, despite being fictional, had left me wondering if the stories could be true in any way, or any part of this world. Therefore, I can’t help but...”
