  “JoelOnSoftware is one of the most popular blogs on Software Engineering. Though the blog is not much active and interesting now, a few years back it was one of the most popular and nice-to-read blogs for every person associated with software industry.
  
  This book is a collection of the best articles from this blog. A must read IMO for anyone who works in IT/Software industry. "Mythical man months" is a classic. Its philosophical. This book is downright practical. ”
