“Highly recommended for anyone interested in the details of the Palestinian / Israeli conflict. Sacco wanders from home to home, and the weight of life under the occupation is what becomes convincing throughout the book, not homiletic commentary by the author.”

I am a middle eastern yet no one expressed the palestenian crisis so touchy and human as Joe Sacco did.
A must read to know the other side of the story that governments doesn`t like and the media never tells ”“Great satirical comic! The pictures are amazingly detailed and is well worth taking the time to digest the images and story. Anyone who have visited or lived in Palestine as an expatriate can relate to the author. And for those curious about visiting or living there, it is a preliminary must read.”
