Didn’t Like It“I think this diet is too strict and confining. If you live alone. No way is my husband going to let me remove his junk food from the house. If you are going to lose weight I think you should do it by eating the foods you like and enjoy but just eat a limited amount. Life is too short not to enjoy.” see full review » see other reviews » |

I loved how this book started giving me meanings for things I do and got me seeing different perspectives. I highly recommend it because the amount of awareness I gained stayed with me long after I finished the book. Also it helped me realize my reactions and excuses I use for myself. Wow it really is a great book. ”

I don't feel guilty about my weight, and I am the only person who thinks that I should lose weight so I may move on to the Zone Diet. Less guilt, more food.”

Dr. Phil writes how changing your lifestyle is the only way that you can truly loose weight and keep it off. With Dr. Phil's tough love approach and sense of humor. The thing he talks about the most that hit home for me is that it is about health, not the numbers on the scale. His sense of humor and honesty opened my eyes about unhealthy habits I had and gave me great tips on how to change them.”

The book holds nothing back about taking responsibility for your own weight problems, and it gives you the keys you need to lose the weight. All I have to do now is follow the advice.....”
