“I think somewhere in the past I have read one of the short stories by this Author. I really loved this book really reminded me of Kelley Armstrong and Kim Harrison. Though the raunchy sections in the book were quite interesting if to amusing for it's intensity.”

“The main character is warm, smart, strong and has a real attitude going. I enjoyed how the book never seemed to get mired down in the details, lots of action, good pace, quick read, easy to follow. All the subplots seem to fit in well, leave you ready for the next book to see if there is a resolution to at least some of them!”

“Riley is a Guardian, not really what she wants. She "graduates: and is thrown into a mission that puts her and her brother in great danger. She has sex with the enemy, needs to save others and fight bigger and stronger foes then ever before. New powers are developing and she does know how to control them. Quin and Kade are back to help her needs.”

“The Riley Jenson books are great if you want a fun, sexy romp that requires little thought. They are not classics and they don't compare to other paranormal stuff, but for a few hours escapism they will do just fine.

I recommend reading them in sequence.”
“I loved this one, Riley goes undercover to flush out the bad guy responsible for the killings of her other fellow guardians and her friend Misha, and also to finally get answers to why she was drugged and attacked several times, during her investigations on the murders, and top secret labs dealing with cloning of weres and other supes.”
