Non-stop action dominates this urban romantic suspense novel by Beverly Jenkins, and with it, I have become a true fan of the author's works. Saint and Narice are perfectly matched characters and I enjoyed the lusty build-up along with the mystery of The Eye. And as is the case with all of the Beverly Jenkins contemporary books, there is a tie-in to one or more of her historical romance books. Definitely worth the read if you are a fan of romance novels.

It was everything I thought it would be, Turns out Saint was just a big ole sweetheart, deadly but sweet, really enjoyed this book, I even got the burned eye syndrome, I wouldn't put the book down until my eyes started burning. Looking forward to the next novel B.

As long as I've been reading Bev's books, for about a couple of months, I've been reading about Saint, like I said earlier, I'm reading her books backwards, lol, so finally I've come to the book about Saint, actually I like that I did't read this before the others, it just made Saint seem almost non existent, but very much real, so know I get to read about him, I'm a take my time with this one.
