“I read Sula in college and never forgot it. Sula Peace is a "bad" woman. She and Nel provide a story like none other. They make this book unforgettable and a real classic. ”

“It is easy to dislike Sula Peace, one of the two heroines of Toni Morrison's SULA. Her character is well-imagined. But the book is easy to treasure; it is written like its destined to be a classic in no time.”
