"When you want to be a genius - just produce ideas, you'll die in poorness. When you want to be successful - simply find the tip all around need it and reproduce, rephrase and be like chameleon” – modern wise man said.
    Jack is wise man!
Actually, the book presents similar ideas and similar examples to Straight from the Gut. But… in cardinally other form!
Americans have the internal born ability to present all around in the best view. But this book, even taking into account its banality, gives me an excellent ability to feel myself under manager’s skin.
Belletristic style is combined with pretty logic thought’s presentation mixed with sauce of stale GE examples.
You can read how to motivate staff, fire them and promote too. Relations inside collective, work/life balance and well-known M&A issues both with competition specialties can be found here.
You can read it, but it will not give you a piece of managerial charisma. It’s experience!

Wow!!! This was my expression after reading each chapter !!! Jack Welch is a man whom people like to listen and take his suggestions. He has answered many of our questions right from basics of choosing your career, handling bosses alongwith advance things like vision.
It feels good to read a person who joined as a fresher in a company only to retire as a CEO!!
Must read book for everyone in the field of corporate culture.
