Didn’t Like It “eh, not so much. to put it nicely, it's a good book to read on the beach while you're looking over the top of it watching the ocean. her writing wasn't good enough to go back and forth in her stories like she did. and for the longest time, i actually thought "Gay Max" was actually gay. “LOVED this book. I found the author's stories honest and humorous and her writing style drew me in as if I were part of the story myself. Another author I'm convinced would be my BFF in another life. ”

“Truthfully I just stopped reading this book. Maybe I wasn't in the mood to read about a woman who is deal with the aftermath of her divorce... ehhh”

“It was ok. I enjoyed all of the humor in the beginning but the more woe-is-me it got into later chapters... I got bored.”

“Brutally honest, deliciously sarcastic and laugh-out-loud funny. It felt like talking to your best friend. Sometimes she would jump between past and present in a somewhat confusing way, but overall, I thought this was an excellent blog-turned-book.”

“Frustrating. Like sitting with a girlfriend who won't listen to the most basic advice. Probably better for a younger audience where they may get something out of this woman who SO doesn't know herself.”
