    Need the basics? Than this is the book for you. Fun, light, easy to understand. It even has fun pictures to explain & show you things.

    A kind of "Human Anatomy for Dummies" ... more of a reference book to have around, rather than a book to read from cover to cover and return to the library, but still, I feel I got something out of it, including a couple recipes in the back.
