from doughgirl5562: I know there are other Play Book Tag members who are going to disagree with me, but I thought this book was only average. Yes, it wrapped up the trilogy well, but there were a few things about the story that bugged me. It seemed too long for one. And I got a little tired of Gemma's wishy-washy, I-can't-make-a-decision, I'll-do-whatever-you-want-if-you'll-be-my-friend attitude. I tried to cut her a break since she was a teenager, but after a while I wanted to scream at her...

Didn’t Like It

This one was o.k., but Gemma's "friends" aren't really much of friends, and I got tired of her always wanting to please them, even when it clearly wasn't in her best interest. A liked the ending, the characters seemed to end up where they should.

It did feel a bit stretched or rushed in some places, but I was happy with it in the end. Yes, the Kartik/Gemma ending was not there, but at least they each knew that they loved the other.

I was so mad when Kartik was pulled into the tree of souls i thought that him and gemma would be together. I never expected that Pippa and Isabelle would become lesbian t was different, i saw the signs but thought it was close friendship.

I wanted to throw this book out the window but I couldn't because it was my friends. I thought the ending was AWFUL! The rest of it was really good but I hate how she made you hope that maybe Kartik and Gemma would actually get together.
