“GIST: How emotions are shown on the face OPINION: Written by someone who's dedicated a lifetime on this subject, recognized the world over as the authority figure. One of the most rigorous books on a very important subject. I am sure that there will be more impressive books on the subject in the time to come. But today, this is the best that I know of. CONTENT QUALITY: 5 [5 - Life changing, 4 - Valuable, 3- Nice to know, 2 - Nothing new, 1 - False] WRITING STYLE: 3 [5. Un-putdownable, 4 - Fascinating, 3 - Easy reading, 2 - Silly, 1 - complicated]”

“Fascinating read! Helps explain how emotions show on our faces even when we are trying to control them. Also explains why you often can't reason with people when they are angry.”
