We are told that the steps help us get sober and the traditions, if understood and practiced, are what keep us sober and enable us to get along in society and in our interpersonal relationships. Outstanding. One benefits from this book whether alcoholic or merely suffering from the human conditions of life. Better yet, this book does not preach, moralize or judge. These are suggestions and guidelines to a healthier, happier and more responsible life.”
