Just comes across as bragging in my opinion. If you get past the very American use of language (talks about 'selling people' rather than 'selling to people' which made me wonder if he was actually in the slave trade rather than a car salesman) there is some good solid advice in there ... as well as some crazy stuff about sending a greeting card to each customer every month saying 'I like you'. Don't think I'll be applying that gem to our business...”
