“This was an unexpected jewel, great plot development, a neighborhood of wives who grow from the late 60's to 1990's. It was fun remembering some of the historical perspectives, and fun learning their stories.”

“Another book about friendships and female relationships. It reminded me of "The Friday Night Knitting Club" in some ways. It was just an okay read for me as I have read many of these type books and enjoyed several others much more.”

    “My friend Liz recommended this book. Love the title. I enjoyed it and could relate to many of the issues the characters faced (marriage, birth, divorce, child rearing, death). It was fun and at times very funny and others sad. It is a true testament to friendship. I agree with Sandy g that this is a good beach read.”
