  “I have the utmost respect for Rosemary Gladstar. She is an experienced master herbalist who offers tried and true wisdom for holistic living. The information is given with an eye on the spiritual as well. When I have an ailment, her books are the first things to which I turn for guidance. And, as she says in her books, they are NOT a replacement for qualified medical care - they can be used in conjunction with modern medicine. We truly ARE what we eat. ”
