“Thoroughly entertaining and funny, the movie adaptation should work a treat. Loaded with quick-fire wit, pop culture references, and relatable slacker characters, Pilgrim is an addictive series that holds up to repeat readings and will likely appeal to even those who aren't a fan of graphic novels. Precious Little Life is a fantastic introductory piece, tongue and cheek (referencing later volumes), and introducing all of the important players all the while gaining our attention within panels. ”

“Don't let the premise fool you, this is a hilarious comic for those for love a little romance, a little mystery and some good old fashioned video game action.”

“Not 100% convinced with the illutration style but the story is fun and engaging and I'll definitely be reading the rest of the Scott Pilgrim books.”

“Good series for the YA crowd. Scott Pilgrim is an aspiring musician with a crush on rollerskating messenger girl Ramona Flowers, but in order to date her he must first defeat her seven evil exes! Extra points for coming from Canada. I *heart* Canada.”
