Sue Knight has tactfully presented NLP in layman's terms simplifying the mystery & magic of a science and skill that has been the fastest growing discipline since the time it first was coined together by Richard Bandler and John Grinder.
The beauty of this book is that it presents all the components of NLP in a step by step fashion with every page punctuated with examples, references and easy-to-follow processes which are followed by experts in this field.
The book is divided into three main categories
1) The Elements of NLP
This section deals with all the key components or fundamental definitions in understanding NLP.
2) Model yourself with NLP
This part of the book is primarily for students of NLP to understand and implement these principles into their own lives
3) Lead with NLP
And finally, this is the section of the book that focuses on how one can help others with tricks, tips and techniques as coach.
What particularly stands out from this book is the book design in itself. It is pretty roomy with enough space to write notes, underline statements and jot down thoughts.
Over all, Sue comes across as a very thoughtful teacher who has no qualms about ensuring that everything she knows is shared with her readers.
A brilliantly presented book with everything in it to qualify as a one-stop NLP encyclopedia.
