This book helps you find why so many people have horrible self images. It is very interesting and it sure has been a help to me when dealing with some of our patients.
You can understand why some folks seem so mean, or why so many people struggle with depressiong, and then you can love them.
An eye opener even if there has been no abuse in your own life. There is in so many lives that touch ours.
