I really enjoyed this book because there seems to be much more Ranger in this book than Morelli. I am for Ranger all the way. Also, the book is extra funny. So this is one of my favorites of the stephanie plum novels.

I love these books! There's humor and a bit of romance along with the mystery!

A bit disappointing really. But as always the cast of characters is fantastic. Its like a little town that I want to spend all my vacations in. I love stephanie plum and her whack-a-doodle posse.

A typically funny and adventurous story about Stephanie Plum, bounty hunter.

Some funny parts but not enough to finish it. I listened to this on a road trip for a while before switching to the radio. A waste of time. Plus lots of F bombs, which if the story is strong enough I can overlook, but this wasn't. It's also harder for me to hear the F word than to read it.

I've read all of this series up to 13 and I really feel like it isn't what it used to be, but it's still fun, put-brain-in-park reading. I remember earlier in the series when I would be guffawing on a regular basis while reading. Now, I chuckle from time to time but it's definitely not the gut-buster type of experience it used to be.

Used to be, I got most of my laughs from Grandma Mazur and Lula, but in this book it was more reactions from Stephanie's Mom & Dad to something Grandma Mazur did or said, or from Morelli & Ranger to something Stephanie did.

I found books 14 and 15 on sale so I am going to continue reading. I just don't run to the bookstore immediately upon publication anymore to buy them.
