When I read this book I felt like someone put their hand down my throat, grabbed the inside of my toes and turned me inside out. It was painful and liberating. You will learn a lot about "systems theory" and you will see the effect of your own family systems on you. The only caveat is this book is written for clergy and will be far less interesting to others.

An essential for clergy and others seeking an understanding of the foundational dynamics that support our relationships and communities. The interrelationship between systems and the impact that behaviors, emotions, dysfunctions, etc. have in one affects the entire system. A must read.
