You will learn a lot about "systems theory" and you will see the effect of your own family systems on you. The only caveat is this book is written for clergy and will be far less interesting to others.”

The interrelationship between systems and the impact that behaviors, emotions, dysfunctions, etc. have in one affects the entire system. A must read.”
